From Pauillac France to Melnik Bulgaria
Prima Special Selection 2012 – Orbelus Organic Winery
Let us talk about this remarkable gentleman who fell in love with our Prima Special Selection 2012 from Orbelus Organic Winery, a real wine lover who will turn 97, yes you heard it right, years old this year.
His usual choice for the table is Pauillac. He however recently had some whiskey on the rock to go with the steak and ended up with a cold tummy. Well then, how about some red wine served at best temperature of 18℃ or so? His request was quite simple yet determined. A wine no less than Pauillac character rather than Saint-Emilion style.
A sommelier who tried our wines introduced him to our wines. He bought Melnik, Prima, Prima Special Selection and things developed quickly – he ordered a dozen of Prima Special Selection at next order!
It is a remarkable organic wine aged in French oak barrels for 15 months. Vivid, full color with soft pomegranate shades. Gorgeous plum, cassis, figs and cherry aroma with hints of tobacco, caramel, cinnamon and cloves. Fresh and full body with ripe black fruit and coffee flavours and a long, spicy, firm finish. Blend of Melnik 55, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petit Verdot. Non-filter.
A typical Pauillac displays strong and rich tannins and a masculine frame which enable them of a long maturation. Our Prima Special Selection, on the other hand, displays vivid frame with velvety tannins, well-tamed acidity and plenty of fruits on the palate. Well balanced and harmonious. Classic yet innovative. A new type of high quality Bulgarian wine.
We hope the customer will have a sweet rendezvous with his new love! Why don’t you try our Prima Special Selection which won an established wine lovers’ heart? Orders only available by email due to low stock level. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
